recallreed blog

This blog is established to recall Washington State Secretary of State Sam Reed for failure to perform his duty. You may comment and submit information on-line. If you would like to help, contact Linda Jordan, State Coordinator, at recall@comcast.net. People are encouraged to download, print and share the petition text with others but petitions for signature gathering can not be printed until the Attorney General writes the ballot synopsis and the sufficiency of the charges are upheld in Court.

Legal Files RE SecState Reed Recall

http://josef-a-k.blogspot.com/2005/01/legal-files-re-secstate-reed-recall-01.html

Okay, hopefully again my trusty "overlord of the Pacific Northwest eNews" Orbusmax will cover this...

ALL files in Adobe PDF:

HERE is the Reed Recall's acknowledgement of service of "the PETITION TO DETERMINE SUFFICIENCY OF RECALL CHARGES AND FOR APPROVAL OF BALLOT SYNOPSIS, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S MEMORANDUM OF LAW, and the AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE"

HERE is Notary Public and WA St. AGO Legal Aide Patti Hurn's declaration that she sent the "the Petition to Determine Sufficiency of Recall Charges and for Approval of Ballot Synopsis, Attorney General's Memorandum of Law and Acknowledgement of Service" to both the Reed Recall and Secretary of State (SecState) Sam Reed.

HERE is probably, almost certainly the most important document: The Attorney General of Washington's memorandum as to the law governing the recall of SecState Sam Reed.

HERE is the 1-page reminder from the State AG's office to the Clerk for Thurston County Superior Court as to scheduling the hearing (on Friday, folks).

HERE is the 1-page cover letter to Martin Ringhofer, the gentleman (and may I say patriot) filing the recall, as to the recall documents.

As of right now, Tripod has yanked me off of their free service to host the files. CRIKEY!

Thank you for the attempt to post the recall documents. Should we just do it on site or would it take up too much space?

Post 'em on a website you can get - Blogger.com will NOT let you do so. I tried :-(.
